- Turmeric
- Cinnamon powder
- Black pepper (freshly crushed)
- Warm milk
How to make turmeric masala milk
- Boil the milk properly, then return it to lukewarm state.
- Add all the ingredients, mix well and let steep for 10 minutes.
- Add sugar / jaggery / honey according to taste. Serve lukewarm.
