Tex Mex Vegetarian Burrito Ingredients

For Veggie Burrito:

  • 2 tablespoons of guacamole
  • 2 teaspoons of jalapeño, chopped
  • 1/3 cup mixed greens
  • 1 wheat tortilla (lukewarm)
  • 2 tablespoons of brown rice
  • 1 tablespoon of corn
  • 1 tablespoon of refried beans
  • 1 tbsp onion
  • 1 teaspoon of coriander
  • 1 serving of coarsely chopped paneer, toasted
  • 1 teaspoon of coriander
  • 1 tablespoon of mango puree
  • 1/2 teaspoon chipotle sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato
  • 1/2 teaspoon of coriander
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon
  • Salt

How to make a Tex Mex vegetarian burrito

1. Place the warm wheat tortilla flat.
2. Inside it fill with guacamole, jalapeno and mixed greens.
3. Mix and place the brown rice with the corn, refried beans, onion and cilantro.
4. Now mix and place the toasted paneer and coarsely chopped cilantro.
5. Garnish with a mixture of mano puree, chipotle sauce, tomato, cilantro, lemon and salt.
