Ingredients of Soya Stuffed Masala Dosa

  • Soya Chunks: 1 cup
  • Oil: 4tbs
  • Mustard Seeds: 3/4 tbs
  • Urad Dal: 3/4 tbs
  • curry Leaves
  • Hing
  • Chopped Onion: 3, chopped
  • Ginger Garlic Paste: 2 tbs
  • Salt
  • Red chilli powder: 3/4 tbs
  • Corriander: 3/4 tbs
  • Amchur powder: 1 tbs
  • Garam masala: 1/2 tbs
  • Chicken masala: 1/2 tbs
  • Tomatoes: 4

How to make Soya Stuffed Masala Dosa

  1. Soak soya chunks for 15 minutes. Griend soya chunks, blend in smooth dough.
  2. Take a pan and put on gas, switch on the gas.
  3. Put oil, add mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves, hing, chopped onion and and ginger garlic paste. Saute for 10 minutes.
  4. Put chopped tomatoes in it and cook another 5 minutes.
  5. Put salt and cover with lid.
  6. After 5 min. add soya in the pan. Mix well.
  7. Add red chilli powder, corriander powder, amchur powder, garam masala, chicken masala and salt in it.
  8. Also sprinkle some water in it.
  9. After 5 min our stuffing is ready.
  10. Now put dosa tawa on gas and put some batter on tawa.
  11. Put ghee on them. Now put some soya stuffing on dosa, cover and cook.
  12. After 5 min. flip the dosa. Apply ghee.
  13. Now our Soya Stuffed Masala Dosa is ready to serve.
