Ingredients of Soya Stuffed Masala Dosa
- Soya Chunks: 1 cup
- Oil: 4tbs
- Mustard Seeds: 3/4 tbs
- Urad Dal: 3/4 tbs
- curry Leaves
- Hing
- Chopped Onion: 3, chopped
- Ginger Garlic Paste: 2 tbs
- Salt
- Red chilli powder: 3/4 tbs
- Corriander: 3/4 tbs
- Amchur powder: 1 tbs
- Garam masala: 1/2 tbs
- Chicken masala: 1/2 tbs
- Tomatoes: 4
How to make Soya Stuffed Masala Dosa
- Soak soya chunks for 15 minutes. Griend soya chunks, blend in smooth dough.
- Take a pan and put on gas, switch on the gas.
- Put oil, add mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves, hing, chopped onion and and ginger garlic paste. Saute for 10 minutes.
- Put chopped tomatoes in it and cook another 5 minutes.
- Put salt and cover with lid.
- After 5 min. add soya in the pan. Mix well.
- Add red chilli powder, corriander powder, amchur powder, garam masala, chicken masala and salt in it.
- Also sprinkle some water in it.
- After 5 min our stuffing is ready.
- Now put dosa tawa on gas and put some batter on tawa.
- Put ghee on them. Now put some soya stuffing on dosa, cover and cook.
- After 5 min. flip the dosa. Apply ghee.
- Now our Soya Stuffed Masala Dosa is ready to serve.
