Mix Veg Sizzling Platter Ingredients
Tikki ingredients
- 1 cup of boiled pee

- 1 teaspoon of dry mango powder
- 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder

Chutney ingredients
- 1 raw mango
- 1 cup of fresh coconut
- 2 green peppers
- 1 piece of ginger
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 tablespoon of zeera powder
- 1 tablespoon of salt
Stir fry
- 200 grams of Paneer
- 1 cup of broccoli
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 small onion
- 1 stalk of celery
- 2 large tomatoes
- 1 bell pepper
- to taste Salt
How to Make a Sizzling Mix Veg Platter
Tikki
1. In a large bowl, take all the ingredients
2. Crush with hands, knead to make a thick dough
3. Make small tikkis with the dough
4. Sauté in a non-stick skillet (use ghee or olive oil)
Chutney
1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender to get a fine paste.
2. Add water to preferred consistency and mix again
3. Chutney is ready
Stir-fry paneer
1. Take 1 tablespoon of butter in a saucepan
2. Add the paneer and all the vegetables and sauté over high heat for a minute until golden brown
3. Add salt and pepper
For the sauce
1. Take 1 tablespoon of butter in a saucepan.
2. Add the chopped onions, celery, garlic and tomatoes and sauté over high heat until golden brown.
3. Add salt (to taste) and mix everything together to make a fine paste
