Ingredients of Ragi Dosa
- 1 cup ragi flour
- 1 cup rava
- ½ cup rice flour
- ½ cup curd
- 1 inch ginger
- 1 green chilli
- curry leaves
- 2 tbsp coriander
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp cumin
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 3½ cup water

How to Make Ragi Dosa

Take ragi flour, rava and rice flour in a bowl.

Add curd, ginger, green chilli, few curry leaves, coriander, onion, cumin, pepper and salt.
