Ingredients of Oats Mango Smoothie

  • 2 Alphonso mangoes
  • 15 g oats
  • 110 ml milk
  • 30 g of sugar or honey
  • 160 ml yogurt
  • 5 almonds

How to make an oats mango smoothie

1. Peel the mangoes, cut them into slices and keep them aside.
2. Heat a saucepan with milk, add oats and cook for a few minutes. Turn off the gas then add sugar or honey and mix well. Let cool completely.
3. Put the almonds in the ground coarsely in the blender.
4. Now mix the mangoes, oats, almonds, sugar and yogurt until it becomes smooth.
5. Put in the refrigerator for an hour and serve chilled.
