malpua recipe includes all-reason flour (maida) and semolina (sooji or rava), soaked in milk, deep fried in clarified butter (desi ghee), and dipped in sugar syrup (chashni or sira).
- 1/2 kg maida.
- 750 gm sugar.
- 1/2 ltr. milk.
- 1 cup grated coconut
- 6 bananas
- 1/2 dry fruits
- 5-5 ilaichi
- 1 ltr. Refined oil
- Boil the milk and stir it until it turns into thick. Then cool it.
- In the milk upload maida, sugar, dryfruits , coconut and ilaichi powder .Stir it until it turns into a paste.
- Make banana paste and upload it into the maida paste.
- Hot oil in a pan. Make spherical fashioned balls of the paste. Fry those until they flip red.
