Malpua

malpua recipe includes all-reason flour (maida) and semolina (sooji or rava), soaked in milk, deep fried in clarified butter (desi ghee), and dipped in sugar syrup (chashni or sira).

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg maida.
  • 750 gm sugar.
  • 1/2 ltr. milk.
  • 1 cup grated coconut
  • 6 bananas
  • 1/2 dry fruits
  • 5-5 ilaichi
  • 1 ltr. Refined oil

Instructions

  1. Boil the milk and stir it until it turns into thick. Then cool it.
  2. In the milk upload maida, sugar, dryfruits , coconut and ilaichi powder .Stir it until it turns into a paste.
  3. Make banana paste and upload it into the maida paste.
  4. Hot oil in a pan. Make spherical fashioned balls of the paste. Fry those until they flip red.
