Ingrediants for Dessert Crepes
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 ⅓ cups of milk
- 2 tablespoons of butter, melted
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons of white sugar
- ½ teaspoon of salt
For Stuffing
- Bananas and peanut butter
- Strawberries and chocolate sauce
- Butter and cinnamon
- Powdered sugar and maple syrup
Instructions for Dessert Crepes
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, melted butter, flour, sugar, and salt until smooth.
- Heat a medium sized skillet or crepes pan over medium heat. Grease a baking sheet with a small amount of butter or oil applied with a brush or paper towel. Using a serving spoon or ladle, pour about 3 tablespoons of crepe batter into the hot pan, tilting the pan so the bottom surface is evenly coated. Cook over medium heat, 1 to 2 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Serve immediately with your favourate stuffing.
