Chia seeds are rich in fiber, antioxidants, calcium, phosphorous, and magnesium. This simple chia pudding recipe is one of my favorite make-ahead breakfasts.
Ingredients of Chia Pudding
- 1 1/2 cups dairy free milk
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Mint
- Fresh Fruit
How to Make Chia Pudding

To a bowl add milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla.

Whisk to combine.

Cover and refrigerate overnight.

The chia pudding should be thick and creamy.
