Bhel Puri Recipe

Bhel puri is a combination of various components which can be thrown collectively to shape a tasty, crunchy snack.

Ingredients for Bhel Puri

  • 4 cup Puffed Rice
  • 1 cup Plain Sev
  • 20 Papdi crushed
  • 1/2 to one cup Onions finely chopped
  • 1/2 to one cup Potatoes boiled, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Sweet Tamarind Chutney
  • 1/four cup Green Chutney for Chaat
  • 1 tblsp Black Salt
  • 1/2 tblsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  •  Salt
  • few Coriander Leaves

To Garnish:

  • 2 tblsp Sev
  • 2 tblsp Roasted Peanuts
  • 2 tblsp Tomatoes finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Green Chillies finely chopped
  • 2 to three tblsp Onions finely chopped
  • 2 tblsp Pomegranate Seeds
  • 1 tblsp Mango – 1 tblsp finely chopped

How to make Bhel Puri

  1. Combine the puffed rice, sev, pink chilli powder, papdi, onions, potatoes, inexperienced chutney, tamarind chutney, black salt, coriander leaves and salt in a big bowl.Mix well.
  2. Garnish with the mango pieces, coriander leaves, sev, peanuts, tomatoes, inexperienced chillies and onions.Sprinkle lemon juice on top.Serve at once.
