Barfi is extra scrumptious than ladoo. Texture like ladoo however density like barfi.
- Besan 1 kg
- Sugar 1 kg
- Water half of liter
- Ghee 1 kg
- For garnishing: Pistas, Almonds
1. Fry besan in ghee on low flame for 30 minutes until it will become crimson and ghee separates.
2. Mix sugar and water right into a syrup until it will become thick.
3. Add this syrup to the besan and blend well.
4. Pour this combination right into a greased tray.
5. When it cools reduce into cubes and garnish with pistas and almonds.
