Baked Yogurt is an easy and delicious pudding-type dessert made with just 4 ingredients – sour milk, condensed milk, cream and any fruit and cooked to perfection.
Baked yogurt ingredients
- 1 cup of hung curd
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 1/4 cup cream
- 1/4 cup mango pieces
How to make baked yogurt
1. In a bowl, add the condensed milk and the hung curd. Mix well.
2. Now add the cream and mix again.
3. At 180 degrees, bake for 20 minutes.
4. Add chunks of mango or any other fruit on top of the bowl of cooked yogurt and dig in!
