Ingredients Of Bajra Dosa
- 1 cup pearl millet / Bajra
- 1/2 cup of rice
- 1/2 cup urad dal
- to taste Salt
- Cooking oil as needed
How to make Bajra Dosa
1. In a container, soak urad dal and the rice and bajra together in a separate container. For at least 4 hours, let the two mixtures soak in water.
2. Grind urad dal to make a smooth paste. Then grind the bajra and the rice together.
3. Mix the dal paste and the bajra-rice mixture together. Add salt and water to form a smooth paste. For 4 to 5 hours, let the dough ferment.
4. Grease the hot pan with a little oil, wipe it dry, then sprinkle some water to make dosa with the dough as usual.
